Overview

NEEAT is a fast and visual meal-ordering experience with dietary discovery, nutrition details, checkout, and rapid delivery. Devket approached it as a connected product experience rather than a collection of isolated screens.

Challenge

NEEAT needed to present a large meal catalog while helping customers understand dietary categories, nutritional values, ingredients, allergens, preparation requirements, pricing, and delivery expectations.

Too much information kills the appetite; too little erodes trust, the interface had to make detail available without slowing the browse.

Inside the product

Four NEEAT screens, the Discover home with High Protein, Low Carb, Vegan and Keto filters and Top Picks; the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl detail with macros, ingredients and allergens; the Basket with quantity steppers; and the Checkout screen.

Meal discovery

An image-first catalog with dietary filter chips, protein badges and ratings makes browsing fast and appetizing, and the same visual language carries straight through the meal detail into the basket, so nothing about the food is lost on the way to checkout.

The NEEAT meal detail flanked by a Nutrition Facts panel with daily values, an Ingredients list with per-item weights, allergens, preparation details, and a Nutrition Breakdown with macronutrient distribution and key benefits.

Nutrition and ingredients

The detail screen carries a full nutrition panel, per-ingredient weights, allergen tags, macronutrient distribution and preparation notes, answering the dietary questions that usually send a customer elsewhere before they add to basket.

Four NEEAT screens, the Basket with a running total, Checkout with delivery address, timing and payment options, Apply Credits with a voucher code and order summary, and the Order Confirmed screen with live tracking stages.

Basket and checkout

Quantity adjustment, NEEAT credits, voucher codes, UPI, card and wallet payment sit in one focused sequence, with the running total visible at every step and the order confirmation handing straight over to live tracking.

Live delivery tracking

Once the order is placed the customer follows it on a map from restaurant to door, with the rider contactable, an arrival countdown, and a timestamped status trail that stays legible after delivery.

Saved delivery addresses

Home, Work and other saved locations are chosen inline at checkout or managed from one place, with labels, landmarks and a map pin, so a repeat order needs no re-entry.
